This visit was my first. I was very disappointed with the service. We had reservations for party of 12 @ 7:30 pm. We arrived @ 7:00pm. Waited until about 8:30pm to be seated. With no explanation as to why we weren't seated at our scheduled time. We then waited til 9:45 pm for the chef to cook our food. The chef was fairly slow, cooking one item at a time. We did not get finished until 11pm. It has never taken that long to have a meal in my life. The Chef did not put on much of a show at all. When we talked to the Manager, we were told we would get 10% off the price but that was the best they can do. I feel they should have given free drinks of maybe appetizer's or something, but 10% wasn't enough for all the waiting we had to do, even with Reservations.
